We bumped into an old lady wearing these kicks in the Lower East Side recently. We asked the Golden Girl if we could take a picture of her blinged out sneakers. They looked like imitation Nikes for a minute, but the swoosh is a little off.
Speaking of bootleg Nikes … here are some of the worst (ahem, BEST!) bootlegged items, from around the world:

Triumvir has once again joined forces with Capcom to release some Street Fighter gear. This time, it’s the Super Street Fighter X collection, made up of t-shirts featuring characters from the classic video game.
Pre-orders for the collection start tomorrow (April 28th) at 12:00PM PST, and the first 100 people to spend over $50 on Triumvir’s Street Fighter merchandise will receive a limited Shadaloo Boxing Glove keychain.
Remember Marvel vs. Capcom? Why should you have to pick just one? Will you be pairing these with one of the New Era Death Crest caps we posted a few days ago?

Once again, New Era, DC Comics, and Marvel have combined their powers to create … the Death Crest Series.
Each cap shows the death of a superhero – Wolverine, Batman, and Superman – with skulls and the hero turned into a skeleton. Each hero’s logo is embroidered on the back of his cap.
